Asics Gel Cumulus 12 Shoes: The GEL-CUMULUS 12 continues to set the bar for lightweight cushioned trainers. The GEL Cushioning System in the rearfoot and forefoot improves shock absorption whilst the Trusstic System gives the shoe structural integrity and support. This shoe also features gender specific cushioning giving the most comfortable ride specially designed for men. Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.) - Asics Design Philosophy. Employs linked componentry that enhances natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. Rearfoot and Forefoot Gel Cushioning - Attenuates shock during impact and toe-off phases and allows movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. Comfordry Sockliner - Provides cushioning performance and anti-microbial properties for a cooler drier healthier environment. Solyte Midsole Material - A lighter weight midsole compound than ASICS standard EVA and SpEVA. Also features enhanced cushioning and durability. Gender Specific Forefoot Cushioning - A top layer of injected Solyte provides a cushioned platform feel in the forefoot. True Width Fitting - A width fitting that not only has more upper material to accommodate for the wider foot it also has a wider midsole base which will allow for the bones of the foot to spread and prevent any restrictions or discomfort around the toes.
