Rolf Prima TDF58-SL Carbon Tubular Front Wheel: The TdF58 SL is built upon the technology of the TT58, combining the lowest spoke counts and deep section rims, to create the pinnacle of "do everything" wheels. Designed for aerodynamics and stiffness but also UCI legal for road races, the TdF58 SL is light, aero and responsive. Whether it's a time trial or a road race, the TdF58 SL still has pop left for the finishing sprint so all of your power goes straight into relentless forward motion. Hubset: The TdF58 SL rims are laced to the TdF4.4 proprietary hub, designed and manufactured in the USA. The front hub has a unique 85mm wide flange placement which increases the lateral wheel stiffness by nearly 20%. Rims: Designed and reinforced for the low spoke count 12H Front and high spoke tensions, this proprietary carbon fibre rim offers superior lateral and torsional stiffness for all the power you can put into it. The 58mm deep profile combined with a narrow spoke bed significantly decreases wind drag while also minimizing rim weight. Brake sidewalls are impregnated with fibreglass for improved braking performance and durability. Built on the technology of the TT58 but with two additional front spokes, the TdF58 SL is UCI legal for road races and ITU legal for draft legal triathlons. Spoke & nipple: The TdF58 SL wheel set features paired, 14 gauge custom bladed spokes with internal alloy nipples with nylon inserts to create a quicker accelerating, faster climbing wheel with superior, long-term durability.
