The result of such innovation is that the power of the pedalling is a function also of the weight of the cyclist, with a greater level of faithfulness to road race that is 51% superior compared to a classic frame. The comparative tests carried out in the laboratories of the Mechanical Engineering Dept. of Padua's University show that on a road race the power expressed by the athlete is connected also to the weight and the position of the athlete as it happens only by using hometrainers that have a Crono frame. It is not necessary anymore to regulate the pressure of the roller of the resistance unit on the tire or connect and disconnect the unit before and after the training.
